On our quest to share product information and knowledge with you, we have created the Cheese U search portal as part of the DPI Specialty Foods website.  Our team of cheese experts will constantly be adding cheese information to this portal.  DPI Specialty Foods represents thousands of varieties of cheese so the process of adding cheese information, pairing and photos to the site will continue to be updated over the next several months.  Even then, our job will not be done.  Our goal is to continually update the information as we learn and add products to our vast catalog of cheeses.  If you don’t see your favorite cheese listed, stay tuned, more product information is being downloaded today!

What will I find on Cheese U?

The opening page to Cheese U contains a search page designed to narrow your search to such categories as country of origin, type of milk or keywords contained in the cheese description.  Refine your search as much or as little as you’d like to search for your favorite cheese or perhaps find a new favorite cheese.

 

Once inside the portal you will find listings of cheeses with pictures of the cheese based on your search criteria.  Click on the “learn more” tab on any of the cheeses for an expanded view, pairing suggestions and description of the cheese you’ve selected.
